Ready to be moved into by Christmas

AUSTRALAND’S newest release, Kootingal Mews at Baldivis Central, has attracted strong interest from buyers looking to snap up one of the 16 townhouses ready to move.

Australand WA general manager Tony Perrin said Kootingal Mews catered for people wanting to avoid the complications of design and construction and those wanting an easy-care home in an attractive and well-established streetscape.

“We have seen some investor interest over the past couple of weeks and we believe that these homes will be appealing to those in the investor market,” Mr Perrin said.

“We also anticipate strong interest from owner-occupiers as these homes offer a complete package with no hidden costs – purchasers can simply select their home and they will be ready to move into just in time for Christmas.”

Mr Perrin said all houses were beautifully appointed with high-quality functional fixtures.

The various 16 three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes had wide open-plan living, kitchen and dining areas ranging in size from 180sqm to 225sqm.

The homes are priced from $329,500.
